SWEET & ZESTY
This cocktail is a blend of two of our favorite Filipino fruits: mango and calamansi (which is a tiny, sweeter version of a lime). These fruity flavors come together to create a conction that is satisfyingly sweet and zesty.
- 1.5 oz. Kasama Rum
- 1.5 oz. Mango puree
- Juice of 5 calamansi or half a lime
- 1 dash orgeat syrup
Squeeze citrus juice into a shaker.
Add a dash of orgeat syrup and pour in the rum and mango puree.
Shake the mixture vigorously and pour.
